$250 per kicker

A full day of: 

-9AM Nutrition: How to manage your nutrition with what’s available to you with Erin Paul (my wife), Nutrition Therapy Practitioner. 

-10AM Fitness: An evaluation of base level strengths and weaknesses, and a full workout with Jim Eckhart, owner of Arkansas Fitness and Athletics 

-1:30PM Kicking: Coach James Paul 

-3PM Recovery Yoga: a session with Joy Spence, Yoga Instructor.
